The Harper skirt is made from a light, soft and sheer cotton voile which feels beautiful on the skin. It is a lovely piece to layer over or under skirts and dresses.
The elastic waist is comfortable and also features an enclosed drawstring that offers extra styling options.
Some minor white stitching may be visible on the over-dyes. The enclosed drawstrings may also feature small areas of white stitching.
