Purchasing online can be difficult sometimes. If you are unsure of your size, or have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Online purchases within Australia can be returned for a credit or exchange provided they are returned unworn, still tagged, and within 7 days of delivery. A credit or exchange for the cost of item only (does not include shipping) will be granted if terms are agreed to and return shipping cost to be paid by customer.
There are no returns on discounted, sale items or international orders of any kind.
When an item is found faulty, we may offer a repair if deemed appropriate.
We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above or do not fall under Australian consumer law.

Items that can be considered for return or exchange:
. Purchases within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
. Purchases with a tax receipt
. Purchases in original condition
. Purchases unworn, unwashed, dry cleaned
. Purchases with original packaging, with tags attached
. Faulty items
Items that will not be considered for return or exchange:
. Sale items
. Items purchased in-store
. Discounted items
Are there any charges for returns ?
. Original shipping charges are non refundable
. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
